• Each portal ID / account is intended for one user only. Access sharing, misuse, or unauthorized login attempts are not allowed.
• Where applicable, a portal ID may be restricted to one device or one active session at a time for security and licensing purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and login information.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and payments.

3. Payments

Certain services on Qwiz.pk may require payment before access is granted. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Debit/Credit Card processors, bank transfer providers, or other supported gateways.

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.
• You agree to pay the full applicable amount for the selected service.
• We do not store your card PIN, card number, or mobile wallet PIN on our servers.
• Access to paid services may only be activated after successful payment confirmation.

4. Digital Service Delivery

All services offered on Qwiz.pk are digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, access to the purchased digital service, subscription, test, result feature, or class service is usually granted automatically or within a reasonable processing time, depending on the type of service.

5. Refund Policy

Because Qwiz.pk provides digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, a service has been activated, or digital content has been delivered.

However, in cases of verified technical failure, duplicate payment, or non-delivery of a paid service due to a system issue, users may contact us for review and support. Any approved refund, adjustment, or credit will be handled at our sole discretion after verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, branding, question banks, designs, layouts, code, and educational resources on Qwiz.pk are owned by Qwiz.pk or its content partners and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct
